As autumn arrives, join in the therapeutic practice of Shinrin-Yoku in the park led by ANFT-certified guide, David Motzenbecker of Motz Studios. Between exercises, return to the warmth and glow of the campfire to reflect on your experience with others. Reservations required by four days prior. Ages 18+
