About the Event
On the longest night's turn toward light, we gather for a slow, quiet walk through the winter forest. Cold morning air, bare branches, low sun — the season stripped down to its essentials. No agenda beyond presence: we move slowly, pause often, and let the morning meet us as it is. Bring layers, a warm drink if you like, and an open attention. All are welcome; no experience with meditation or forest bathing required.
