Adapted from the National Trust in the UK, these activities are designed to be simple, intimate ways to reconnect yourself with nature on a daily basis.

I will be posting one group of activities per week on Mondays. 

Take your time, enjoy them - finding solace in nature is one of the only things we can still do in these times of pandemic, so I encourage you to embrace it.
